Every time I travel long distance and I get little sleep, I get this feeling of being in a dream. Apparently awake, but in reality feeling an elevated sense of perception.
I felt this the first time I landed in India. I’d read that it is a completely new sensory experience: the sights, the smell, life and all that happens.
I guess this photograph is a tribute to that sensory overload of feeling so small, so far away from what I know, but at the same time embracing the sweet ambiguity of the moment.
